  Can I play in your escape game if I am pregnant?

  Yes, the games are not based on fear and nothing frightening will happen to you

  How do I dress for success?

  Just be comfy. You might have to crawl a little bit you won't need to apply your force but you might need your reading glasses.

  Is there an age limit? Who will not be allowed to play?

  Team members should all be older than 14, however, younger adventurers are also welcome, under their parents' supervision.
  
  Based on our experience, a high level of alcohol in your blood decreases the chance of escaping the room and increases the destruction of our equipment. For drunks, as an alternative, we would recommend to choose from one the bars near Parapark.

  If we can't make it to the appointment, can we move it to a later date?

  Yes, if you send us an email 3 days prior to the appointment, letting us know which reservation you would like to cancel and when you would like to come instead.

  What to do if I would like to organize a team building?

  For a team building activity if possible please send your request at least one week prior to geneve@parapark.ch. We can welcome groups up to 18 people.

  Unfortunately we are not always available via phone. In case you cannot reach us please leave us your number so we can call you back or send us an SMSor feel free to send an email to geneve@parapark.ch
