TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Concluded between the operator Parapark Genève (PP Escape Sarl; Boulevard de la Cluse 105, 1205, Geneva, Switzerland - hereinafter Provider) and the registered recipients (hereinafter referred to as User) of the service provided on www.geneve.parapark.ch (hereinafter referred to as Website).

1. Making a reservation

Reservation can be initiated only for available dates (indicated with green in the calendar)

To make a reservation, it is required to log in with the e-mail address and the password provided during the registration process.

After successful reservation the Provider sends a confirmation e-mail to the User with the following information:

• Room
• Date and time
• Location
• Price
• Payment method

The fee for each game is CHF 100 (one hundred Swiss francs).

The Provider is not liable for any issues resulting from the inaccurate information provided during the reservation process.

2. Privacy policy

The Provider maintains records based on data the User provided. Data recorded in this database will not be given to a third party. All personal data and its privacy will be fully protected and will solely be used for purposes strictly related to Parapark’s activities.

3. Conditions of participation

Users play the game at their own risk.

Required minimum age to participate is 14 years. Under the age of 14, the Users can participate only if accompanied by an adult.

It is prohibited to play the game under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if the User does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The duration of the game is one hour and it cannot be extended.
